We are flexible and reasonable in terms of fees charged for all of our services. The firm offers competitive rates with significant discounts to corporate and other clients on retainer fee arrangements, Fee estimates can be negotiated and agreed in advance. All of our fees are in accordance with the prescribed scales under the Remuneration of Advocates Rules 1996 as Amended.

Retainer Agreements

We offer retainer fee arrangements to select clients. Under these arrangements, an agreed retainer fee and/or hourly rates are negotiated for an agreed basket of bulk legal services. These arrangements do provide significant cost savings of corporate and other clients with large volumes of legal work.

Professional Indemnity

We maintain professional indemnity insurance for all of our staff. This gives additional protection to clients.

Deposits

We require payment of fee deposits to cover upfront costs such as court filing fees, stamp duty, government registration charges and other out of pocket expenses. The amount of fee deposits required by us depends on the nature and complexity of the transaction or court case. An agreed deposit (usually 50%of the agreed fee) is negotiated in advance with a client and paid upon confirmation of instructions. The balance is billed upon completion of work or case.
